Watermark Capital is currently only doing business as Rate1st in the following states; California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Massachusetts, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Tennessee. If your state is not included in the Rate1st dba state's listed above but you see it included in our state licenses listed below, your entire loan process will conducted under the name Watermark Capital since we have not yet completed the process of adding Rate1st as a dba in your state. Unfortunately, if your state is not listed below then we are not currently offering our services in your state. We are adding new states frequently and we will update this page accordingly.
